We’re Anne and Antoine, travel enthusiasts and the founders of Partir-a-Dubai.com.
We set out to discover Dubai with the desire to look beyond the image often associated with the destination: towering skyscrapers, luxury hotels, and gigantic shopping malls. Through our travels, we’ve discovered a city that’s much richer and more diverse than we ever imagined.
We’re exploring Dubai to discover its different neighborhoods, try out its must-do activities, and also venture off the beaten path: from Old Dubai and the souks of Deira to the modern neighborhoods of Downtown and Dubai Marina, including the desert and the many experiences the emirate has to offer.

We created this guide to share with you everything we’ve learned during our trips to Dubai.
Our goal is simple: to help you plan your trip based on our own experiences there.

Dubai Beyond the Clichés
